We understand that we are dealing with your affairs and your monies, so we adopt strict procedures when negotiating on behalf of clients, whether it is managing a Debt Management Plan, negotiating a full and final settlement or correct a credit file.
A Debt Management plan may not be appropriate in all circumstances. If your debts are greater than £10,000 an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) may be appropriate. If we think an IVA may be appropriate we will direct a customer to licensed insolvency practitioners who can assit.
At No nonsense debt we bring together both practical accountancy and legal experience, with services at a proportion of normal professional fees.
